Three Friends abalone is about us, three good friends Joel, Shane and Tom.

The three of us first met while working on an abalone farm in Portland, Victoria, and we bonded over a belief that farmed abalone can be of exceptional quality while also respecting the natural environment.

Between us, we’ve been doing this for over 60 years, so we know what it takes to create a fine product with integrity. Naturally, when we saw an opportunity to purchase and develop our own abalone farm together, we were all in.

Our journey has led us here, to Stanley, Tasmania, where our shared passion for quality is producing some of the best abalone in the world.
