Episode 10 of Rhiplenish on the Road follows Rhiannon Anderson as she travels through Tasmania, exploring local produce and the people behind it.
There’s even a stop at our abalone farm, giving a look at how everything works day today. It moves from our tanks through to the kitchen, and captures a lot of great abalone farm details along the way!
Rhiannon prepares a fantastic looking squid ink pasta dish using our abalone along side a few other simple, fresh ingredients. It’s a good reminder that when the product is right, it doesn’t need much to stand out.
