
Winter Feast (2nd weekend)
The Winter Feast is the beating heart of Dark Mofo, a huge fire-lit banquet on the Hobart waterfront that brings together food, music, and community. This year, Three Friends Baby Abalone will be featured as part of the feast, with chef Analiese Gregory showcasing our abalone alongside seasonal Tasmanian produce.
It’s a chance to experience the rich flavors of winter, share a table under the glow of open flames, and be part of one of Tasmania’s most anticipated annual gatherings.

About this Collaborator
Celebrated chef Analiese Gregory returns to the Feast, this time showcasing our very own Three Friends Baby Abalone. Grown in the pristine waters off Tasmania’s west coast, our abalone is prized for its delicate flavor and firm, tender texture.
On the menu, Analiese brings together the richness of the sea and the depth of fire cooking. Guests will enjoy skewers of our baby abalone paired with shiitake mushroom and black garlic, grilled over open flames, alongside scallops served in wild wakame butter.
This collaboration is a true celebration of Tasmania’s natural bounty, with our abalone at the heart of the experience.
